Great service
I live a mile away and they've run me out of #2 oil a few times. They sorely need an additional truck or another shift but apparently can't afford it so either get used to the idea of calling 2 weeks ahead, at a min, or take your business to Centerra because Orwell Oil (21st Century) is obviously struggling with customer demand.
I have to order when my tank is at 50% to make sure I don’t run out of propane. It took 20 days to get my last delivery and I had run out of propane for 4 days. I believe there is only one truck that delivers. Maybe they should think about getting a 2nd delivery truck so there is not such a long wait period!
Two weeks and still no fuel oil delivery that I had to pay over $800 up front it. They cant even give me a date on delivery. Tank is almost empty. I don’t know want happened from last year, but this is ridiculous.
