This IDIOT will rip you off. He has no problem handing you an INFLATED bill. After paying I got second bids from other HVAC techs., I was told I got scammed by this IDIOT, and shouldn't of paid it. The guy works out of the back of his car & I had to loan him tools for the job. (RED FLAG}. I should of ran him off then! DONT USE HIM !!!
