RecommendedWhen our dog had a vertigo episode they took us in right away even though we had not been a patient of theirs at that time. They care they gave my dog was unbelievable. When we brought a new puppy home two weeks ago there was no question who we were going to have take care of her vet needs
I have been taking my pets to Dr. Flanagin for 5yrs. They have always shown that they truly care about me as a pet owner and my pets as well. They explain what my options are and what is the best for me and my pets. The staff has always been compassionate when I have had to euthanize my old dogs and really comfort me when this has had to happen. They treated my 13yr old lab and my 12yr old Belgian mix. Loyal customer for 30 plus years, had a suffering cat that required immediate attention (end of life situation) wasn’t able to get in quick enough! Shows me no compassion for an issue that would take 15 minutes to resolve! Thanks but no thanks!
