Horrible phone follow up. They setup my appointment then 2 days later at time of the appointment they called and said they don't service my area??? Thanks! No heat for 3 days and they decided they wouldn't drive an additional 20 minutes to service me in Romeo... horrible company with rude service. Don't use them.
We had multiple appointments scheduled , not only do they not show up ! They dont even call to reshedule . What is worse is we are (were) existing customers , 2 furnaces but we are done i woul never recommend this company
I called a couple companies to add a hot water register to a room in my house. Orton said they would do it the cheapest compared to the other companies. They gave me the lowest price so I went with them. After they did the work they billed me for way more than they said it would be. I called to see if they would lower it and have some integrity but they would not. I will never use them again. I would recommend nobody uses them. Very dishonest business.
