Horrible rude staff if you don't have insurance. The staff member was rude to US, yet the Dr came into the appointment room with a haughty attitude telling us we were rude to his staff! It was so confusing, we did not know what we could have been rude about. When asking what was so rude and what we did, the next thing he told us when we said we didn't understand was that he would not help us and we were then denied any treatment. This place is a PILL MILL and nothing more. A WASTE OF TIME
Wonderful Doctor takes a sincere interest in his patients would not be alive if not for him, neither would my son.
My husband's appointments for testing were delayed 5 times in 3 weeks. Scheduled and then cancelled the same day! Then they called and said they were sending his testing to an outside facility. DON'T BOTHER GOIN TO THIS DOC.
Good guy, cares and friendly staff. Unfortunately he sent me for an MRI and I had five herniated discs in my back, but that's not his fault, thank the texting girl who hit me.
He really knows what he's doing. He brought in a physical therapist on my first visit. Then gave a quick check out of my back and neck. Then ordered an Mri scan. Insurance paid for all.
I have had no problems to speak of with the DNA Center except when it is my fault when I miss my appointment.
I would never go back to this doctor. I get the feeling that both my PCP and this doctor never believed I was in pain. Had both a MRI and EMG and never did anything but prescribe narcotics and come back in another month. Finally found a doctor that was actually going to do something and 3 weeks later had an appointment for injections which have helped so much. Dr. Ortolani never even suggested alternate procedures. Glad I decided to go elsewhere.
Very rude and insulting. He ignores video evidence and patient and witness statements that there is something wrong. Only sees you for about 2 minutes before moving on to the next patient but you have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time in the waiting room just to be called back. If something isn't working from a previous visit, he will just up the dose. Do not go to this man if you have a choice!
Wait room from 1 hour to 2.5 hours. gave me pain meds no concerns about addiction. was supposed to get exercises from nurse who kept saying that she had already done it on my last visit. I had not seen her before. overbook patients. did not get a clear diagnosis. its like a meat market.
