Cynthia Ortiz is a scam artist. All she does is lie to people by promising to get them into a house. Will make up lies to get people to give the deposit down and then will turn around and run with their money. She will meet you places to collect the money from you but also has her "runners" as she likes to call them to meet you and collect the money for her.
