Saul and his crew (Elena and Benji) did a really good job. It was a big one (full interior of a 2800 sqft job) so it took them longer than expected. But in the end, the work was well done and fully rolled, not sprayed. It looks excellent. So hire Saul. He’s worth the money and the job!

This company came recommended by a reputable flooring company in Oceanside. They started upstairs and the quality of work was acceptable. Unfortunately for the downstairs, the work was rushed. Two men the owner sent were inexperienced. They did sloppy texture and preparation work. The texture did not match, some areas it was sprayed on too heavily. Paint was runny on parts of door trim. Saul was exceptionally diligent in his walk though during quoting, outlining how specific areas would be handled on removing old chipping paint, sanding down raised edges of those areas and ensuring that all repaired areas were primed. I had had some dry rot that I had fixed along our roof and Saul’s team took care to inspect and ensure again that everything was primer ready.
