I went in for a bumper repair from someone hitting my car. I was and am very satisfied with the results! The quality in craftsmanship and detail were perfect and I will be using this service again if I ever need something done. Also I was not without my vehicle for long and the repair was quick and professional. The paint color matched and they also fixed other parts of my bumper that had flaws. I appreciate their work and recommend to anyone needing any work done. Also very reasonably priced! Thank you!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO JUAN ORTIZ! HE IS COMMITTING FRAUD TOOK $10,000.00 FROM ME HE CHANGES LOCATIONS FROM HIS SHOP EVERYTIME HE CAN'T PAY HIS EMPLOYEES OR LANDLORD. POLICE GOT INVOLVED IN MY CASE BECAUSE HE WAS HIDING MY MERCEDES FOR ALMOST A YEAR NEVER FIXED IT! HE PROMISES TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS AND NEVER DOES! DO NOT TRUST HIM, HE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BBB IN ILLINOIS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
A complete scam! Do not go here for services. My sister went in for a broken window and he never fixed it. She had to go back 3 times only for it not to be fixed. So now she’s got a broken window and she’s out of $150. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like throwing money away.
