It's disappointing to see such terrible reviews for both the office and Dr. Ortiz. First let me say that Dr. Ortiz is a compassionate and caring physician. He has treated me with the utmost respect and listens to my every worry / concern, thus providing me with helpful information. I happily rate him 5 stars. Nobody answers phones or returns phone calls. Unprofessional and stay away. Obviously this office don care about ppls health. Reported dr to many medical monitoring places. Healthcare has gone down drain cause of admins ruining drs practices.
The bad review is more so for the office. Called over 2 weeks ago and had to leave a message for an appointment. Never got a phone call back, tried to call again today and now it seems like their phone line is out of service because it beeps a few times and hangs up. I don’t mean for this to be a bad review for Dr. Ortiz because he is amazing and truly cares but I can’t jump through hoops to just be able to see him. Looks like I need a new endocrinologist
I also wish I could give negative stars. This is the WORST office ever. They never answer the phone. If you're lucky maybe the service will pick up and take a message. Maybe you will get a call back 2 weeks later. I called everyday, multiple times per day.. nothing. Just trying to get my prescription for bloodwork. I don't know how they have any patients whatsoever.
I don't know if it's fair giving Dr Ortiz such a bad review because I've never seen him. I am new to the area and need an Endocrinologist and another doctor recommended. Dr. Ortiz saying he's the best and is very considerate and compassionate, so I called. No one answers the phone. I got the message to leave my name number and a brief description of why I'm calling.
