I had a big ass dent in my truck and called a couple other body shops before finding Fidel. He was hella koo, respectful, honest, and willing to help me out knowing I needed it done asap. He was on time and only took an hr to fix my problem. I highly recommend him.
My husband contacted a couple of autobody shops for a quote to replace a door for his work van. They said would get him a quote but didn’t follow through. I took my Cadillac SRX to Fidel and he did an unbelievable job. When I dropped it off he said it would take a week to fix the dents and paint it. It was done on time at a great price and it looks perfect, like new. Fidel even touched up a few nicks where the paint had been chipped with door dings. Needless to say if you want to save some money without sacrificing quality, Ortiz is the place to go!
