I was very pleased with the service I received earlier this week. They arrived at my house within an hour of the time I called, and had a new opener installed within a couple hours after that. The job was done cleanly, professionally, and quickly.

The Greatest Garage Door Service Ever!!! – I just bought my home March 28, 2011 and moved in April 2nd. I've only been living there for 4 months and i had warranty on the house for a year. Awesome Garage Door Service – I found Ortiz Garage Door & Openers from a Citysearch request on a Friday night. They called back immediately. I found them to be quite responsive, professional, and very reasonable. They were able to diagnose the garage door problem over the phone and showed up at the appointed time on Saturday morning. They had the garage door springs repaired within an hour. I was extremely happy and they had exceeded my expectations!! I am going to refer all my neighbors to Ortiz.
Good Service!! – Ortiz was reasonable and very professional. We wanted someone to fix the garage door over the weekend and he came over to give me a free Estimate the same day as i called him inspite of his busy schedule and he did not charge me for an Estimate and this is what i liked about him . His charges were reasonable. He gave us a 2yr warranty on our system.
Garage Door Replacement – We needed our Garge Door replaced along with the Garage door opener. Mr. Ortiz gave a reasonable quote and replaced the garage door promptly and in an efficient manner. He was very professional and we are extremely pleased with his work and dedication.
