my father hired ortiz family plumbing to handle a flooding problem in our laundry room in peoria. the professional, bryan, made sure to address the issue by using a plumbing snake to clear the blockage at its source. he not only helped us with our predicament, but also took the time to educate us on the important steps needed to fix the issue from its core. we are generally satisfied with the service and the expertise of the team.

our plumber was pedro. he was accommodating and friendly, taking the time to describe the process in a way that was easy to comprehend! we've already noticed a significant improvement since he completed the job. we'll certainly be employing his plumbing services again in peoria!

Great job and fairly priced! Ortiz Family Plumbing managed to squeeze us in on the same day to evaluate the damage to our plumbing system, and showed up the next day for repairs. They were communicative and diligent. Levi, Jay, Pedro, Eduardo, and Scott are highly recommended for any plumbing needs in Peoria!

Jay from Ortiz Family Plumbing was here to service and clean our plumbing system. He did an outstanding job and detected an issue with the system that was a manufacturing defect. He promptly contacted the manufacturer and they are dispatching the replacement parts which Jay will install once they arrive. I am extremely grateful for Jay's strong work ethic and expertise. This is Peoria craftsmanship at its finest.
