No es nada prefecional el señor salvador,pedi una cita para legalizar mis hijos,me pidio una lista de documentos,se la lleve me dio precio de el tramite,me cobra la cita y me pide w2 y mas documentos,cuando se los lleve me vuelve a cobrar 200usd y cuando miro mis w2 me dice que me sale en 3000usd por niño,cuando anteriormente me dijo que 700usd,nunca abrio mi aplicacion y jamas me contacto,en las 2 citas que me dio me cobro 350usd,despues fui a otro lugar y por menos de 700usd y en 6 meses mis hijos ya fueron aprovados!!

I had a disappointing experience at this office. The professionalism I expected was noticeably lacking, and I often felt belittled during our interactions. Highly recommended, Esperanza was always making sure we got everything we needed and always keeping and eye on my husband case. Everything was so fast and smooth.

Very unprofessional office, she treats you as if you are less than her. Instead of guiding and helping you she scolds you for not providing her enough information? She doesn’t give you a cheeck-list or sheet guide for the transmit. She will just say I will check but does not follow up. A consultation was all I needed to figure out how she runs her business. I would look elsewhere.
