I had a disappointing experience at this office. The professionalism I expected was noticeably lacking, and I often felt belittled during our interactions. When I reached out for assistance, the staff member seemed bothered and dismissive instead of supportive. Highly recommended, Esperanza was always making sure we got everything we needed and always keeping and eye on my husband case. Everything was so fast and smooth.
Very unprofessional office, she treats you as if you are less than her. Instead of guiding and helping you she scolds you for not providing her enough information? She doesn’t give you a cheeck-list or sheet guide for the transmit. She will just say I will check but does not follow up. A consultation was all I needed to figure out how she runs her business. I would look elsewhere.
