The absolute worst. Naples is such a nice town I never expected to have such a horrible experience with a process server/investigation company. I learned the hard way and I'm posting this to truly warn the public -- you could pay a lot of money for their "work" and then find out later that you'd have gotten better information by doing your own google search...or that you paid them to serve papers on a certain person but what they actually did was send a thug to a random person's house to frighten them into accepting court do... read more

Victor Ortino is the best PI! He truly cares about you and your case. He is a great listener and gets the job done in an efficient and timely manner. He does not miss a beat. He is so meticulous, precise and detailed in his notes and investigation that even if you have to go to court years later, with his help, you will win your case.
