I would just like to say that unfortunately I've dealt with OVFR three different times and let me tell you each and every time was great! one common factor that each experience had was they are very caring and compassionate. The last time I dealt with them was a few days ago. After all was said and done with what they had to do, we all had a conversation. On Feb 28th at 11 pm I called 911 due to chest pain. I had been in SVT for over 2 + hours. My heartbeat was stuck in the 200's + beats per minutes. The OVFR showed up in minutes and took care of business. I was loaded up into the back of medic truck where Ryan and crew restarted my heart into a normal rhythm and took me to the hospital. so polite, caring and made me feel at ease as the knew what they were doing. I wouldn't call this a review because who's going to say "Call 911, wait check their Facebook stars first" but this is my appreciation post! Thank you! Your crew managed to calm me (a very scared mommy) and entertain my 5 year old all while taking care of my 3 year old daughter! You made this awful experience fun for her. She can't stop talking about the badge you gave her! Not everyone is great with kids but every single one of you were. I appreciate everything you guys did and said last night! God bless you!

Wednesday I tripped in my living room and broke my ankle in many places. I now have plates, rods and screws in my ankle. When I called 911 the OVFR were at my house within 15 minutes (I live at the end of Patterson Road). They were friendly, professional and so helpful. Paramedic Brennon was with me in the rescue vehicle and kept me calm and was so helpful in taking my mind off of my predicament. Thanks to each of you from the bottom of my heart!!
