Had incompetent person send a prescription to the pharmacist not even looking at what meds I am taking and pharmacist wouldn't give it to me because of bad reactions if mixed together, not good, health board is the next people I will let know. Be careful and do your research, some people just don't care.
The staff were awesome! In and out within an hour.
Worst experience at an Ortho on call location I have ever had. Currently sitting in the room going on 45 minutes now and the doctor has not yet come in to see me. I can hear through the walls and I'm pretty sure there is no one else here. I think they forgot about me. Was told it's a full clinic... Looks like a ghost town to me.
The Short Pump location was AMAZING today! So fast! So efficient! Very professional & kind! Highly recommend!
