Saw Dr. Dalton. As others have stated, extremely poor bedside manner and not friendly at all. His answer to my back pain and all the questions I had? Literally "I dont know." Seemed annoyed and bothered to be doing the job he decided to do. DON'T waste your time. The staff was extremely friendly, from front desk to Kelly the extremely nice x-ray technician. However, the interaction with Dr. Dalton makes me never want to go back there.
I was discriminated against while delivering a door dash.
Should have went straight to st.marys ortho and got everything taken care of there. This place is just an xray and PT place. Waste of time getting seen here for anything that needs a real Dr's attention. Whole appointment felt rushed even though waiting room was empty. Dr Helsinki has absolutely terrible bedside manner and comes off very inconsiderate. Wouldn't even call him a doctor he just reads xrays pushes u out the door and collects a check. My daughter had a great evaluation and treatment plan with Adam, PA. The front desk coordinator, medical assistant and PA were each fantastic with my daughter! Highly recommended!
Went here for a problem with my neck. The physician assistant was fantastic. Took some x-rays and diagnosed the problem.
