If I could give ten stars I would! My 2 year old jumped off the couch and was in a lot of pain. After taking her somewhere else and being told she was fine, we came to Ortho On Call. They were SO patient with her, took time to try and win her over instead of just talking over her screams, listened to our concerns, and validated that we did the right thing by bringing her in. I came to this location, and was treated great by everyone from the front desk to the person who gave me my discharge instructions. Stacey, PA was amazing and got me in and out with xrays in under an hour. Would visit again in the future.
Visited this location for a calf tear. The doctor told me to do physical therapy once I was able to walk normally. However, I was not written a scrip for physical therapy. When I called back to get a prescription, they refused and insisted that I come in again so I could get checked out. I explained to them that nothing had changed and it was the exact same injury but they wouldn't do it. Absurd and disgraceful money grab. Awful first experience, Lara in the X-ray department was very unprofessional and rude. Her boss was polite and resolved the issue.
They gonna quote the price wrong over the phone and when everything is done they will provide a big bill. Not Recommended
