I arrived at the office ten minutes after they opened, but still had to wait an hour and twenty minutes just to check-in. Everyone was nice, but they forgot to call my prescription into my pharmacy; I had to call and remind them the next day.
I have been a patient at OrthoVirginia Short Pump for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. The front office staff are always top-notch, welcoming, and helpful. Great place i did six months of treatment , everything went great
Saw Dr. Dalton. As others have stated, extremely poor bedside manner and not friendly at all. His answer to my back pain and all the questions I had? Literally "I dont know." Seemed annoyed and bothered to be doing the job he decided to do. DON'T waste your time. The staff was extremely friendly, from front desk to Kelly the extremely nice x-ray technician. However, the interaction with Dr. Dalton makes me never want to go back there.
