Great visit. Check in staff was polite and assisted my daughter with a wheelchair when she was struggling with crutches. The clinicians and xray staff were very polite and upbeat. Clinicians were very helpful and made sure we understood everything and had everything we needed. We were in and out in a good amount of time for an on call place. Would definitely use them again if needed (hopefully not. lol)
Don’t waste your time if you have a rib issue. Was told at check in the don’t look at ribs. You could have save me time if you’d been transparent when I did my online registration.
By far the worst experience I've ever had in a medical building. Two visits, onsite for a combined total of maybe 15 minutes and had to pay over $500 for a walk in just for them to say they wouldn't do anything and send us to MCV. Save yourself hundreds and just go to MCV. This place is a money grab.
I do my physical therapy here and the staff is very friendly. I guess that's not the reason why I have returned so much LOL but whenever I need physical therapy this is where I come. They help with so much make an appointment making sure I even have good option with time if so being available.
