Kind, knowledgeable staff; I was seen quickly and the provider answered all of my questions
One of the best clinic experiences I’ve ever had. Professional, efficient, and friendly staff. The check in process was quick and easy. It was a short wait to be seen and to get X-rays and see the provider. They were very thorough in their analysis and diagnosis. The visit concluded with very clear next steps, instructions, and details on what to do if I didn’t improve.
Walked in with a hip issue around 4 pm. Took about 10 to 15 minutes to go through paperwork. Got called back to talk to a tech about the issue within a few minutes. Had x-rays done, saw the doctor and went over prognosis within 35 minutes of walking through the door. The longest wait was about 10 minutes to schedule PT. Everyone was professional and friendly. Extremely efficient and 100 percent recommend going there!!!
Saw Dr. Dalton when I came here and he had poor bedside manner and told me it was “just my retirement job” and made me a sad treatment plan if you could call it one. I emailed the practice manager detailing my disappointing experience and never heard a thing back. They happily communicated to take my payment, though. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.
Had incompetent person send a prescription to the pharmacist not even looking at what meds I am taking and pharmacist wouldn't give it to me because of bad reactions if mixed together, not good, health board is the next people I will let know. Be careful and do your research, some people just don't care.
