Appointment was for 3:40, was told to come at 3:20, so I did. It is now 4pm and I have seen people who have come after me be seen before I am even called up. Update: Was finally seen at 4:05
AVOID. A patient told receptionist that they have a deformed arm. Receptionists scoffed at the patient and held paperwork away from the patient. Receptionists set the tone for a medical office. Avoid this office.
AVOID. A patient said she has a deformed arm (she later showed me how it's crooked and doesn't work normal), and receptionists held papers away from her. I watched her be mistreated by two receptionists multiple times. The receptionists don't care about hurt people. Avoid this place.
AVOID. Receptionists violate HIPAA in the lobby. Receptionists refuse valid insurance. Receptionists lack empathy and mutter negative things about you in front of you.
