I had a 2:20 appointment I was asked to arrive 30 minutes earlier and I did, I did not get called back to the doctor's room until 3:23. I expressed my dismay about the wait but the cheerful assistant merely took my blood pressure which happened to read 181 over 83 - I panicked of course it had to be wrong? No took it a second time and it was the same. Had Achilles reconstruction surgery and everyone was super nice and reassuring. I’m sure I was a handful but they managed to keep me calm. Everyone was great, super thankful to have come here!
This place is a mill. They don’t need your business and will treat you like it. I waited for an hour in their waiting room and didn’t get called back. All I was told is that the doctor takes his time which is great and if so, appointments should be scheduled as such so people aren’t waiting for over an hour to get seen. Recommend smaller practices like Anderson Ortho that actually treat you like a human being. Nothing worse than driving 30 minutes back and forth and waiting an hour for absolutely nothing. They made me wait for doctor 1 hour and the nurse was not responding I was asking is the doctor come he was just ignoring it there was a 0 star I would liek to gave that. The worst experience.
