First visit- easy check-in, short wait, MRI, and consultation.
Dr Cherrick is the only reason I changed pain clinics. Her nerve ablation in my neck really helped. But the rest of the staff is inconsiderate and apparently incapable of listening. I had a pain clinic that was fine for meds and trigger point injections. This place made me sign I would stop going there even though it was very convenient for someone without a car, and it tales me 3 1/2 hours to get to the MClean office. I started seeing Dr Childs at OrthoVirginia in the 1990s. I would not trust my spine to anyone else. He is a great surgeon and a great guy. Everyone at the office in McLean were super friendly and professional. Have and would recommend OrthoVa and Dr Childs to friends and family.
I came to the office 20 min before my appointment as was requied. I recieved a text message stating that if I arrived I need to type 12. After I did I received a message that I am checked in and need to wait when I will be called. After 30 min I decided to check why so many people that came after me are called. At the front desk they said that the auto-message does not inform them that I am here and I need to check-in at the front desk. I advised to work with the management to fix that.
