Very friendly people, prompt service (no delays), very good doctors and personnel
Had a phenomenal experience at this practice. Each staff member gave exceptional , thorough, personable care. Dr. Lee took his time to answer each and every question we had prior to surgery and post operatively. The teams anesthesiologist/ nurse anesthetist also took the time to come and explain their involvement and plan for surgery prior, which was very reassuring and appreciated. The nurses are also phenomenal...so pleasant & personable the entire experience!
First visit- easy check-in, short wait, MRI, and consultation.
Dr Cherrick is the only reason I changed pain clinics. Her nerve ablation in my neck really helped. But the rest of the staff is inconsiderate and apparently incapable of listening. I had a pain clinic that was fine for meds and trigger point injections. This place made me sign I would stop going there even though it was very convenient for someone without a car, and it tales me 3 1/2 hours to get to the MClean office. I started seeing Dr Childs at OrthoVirginia in the 1990s. I would not trust my spine to anyone else. He is a great surgeon and a great guy. Everyone at the office in McLean were super friendly and professional. Have and would recommend OrthoVa and Dr Childs to friends and family.
