I would not recommend this surgery center. They do not call you to tell you what meds OTC you will need prior to your surgery, they do not have the anesthesiologist call you prior to your day of surgery so we had a major delay and had to do a spinal because some meds were not available and the PACU nurse did not read what surgery you had, did not want to control pain and instead told us if my son could talk she wouldn’t give anything for pain. I was very disappointed with my experience. I was referred to this specialist specifically to review my lumbar MRI findings and discuss treatment options. I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed, waited beyond my appointment time, and paid a specialist copay, yet my visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was asked why I was there, and my MRI findings were never reviewed or explained to me. Don't waste your time here they barely do anything for their patients. They waste a tremendous amount of time just to have one thing done, don't be surprised when their providers don't do jack shit for you, and won't prescribe you anything. Some of their staff is very rude, useless very stubborn like Erica from the orthotic department that likes hanging up on people. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Christopher Annunziata for his professionalism, attentiveness, and compassionate care. I came to see him with significant knee pain and was very worried that I might need surgery.
