I just called to make an appointment with another podiatrist in my town because I went here initially yesterday. I called today with a question. It's been 2 hours now I've been on hold, and I CANNOT get a hold of a human being. I've left a phone message, I've left my number for a call back, their message keeps saying they will be with me in a moment, but they lie. They are too big, like a factory. Their message says they care about their patients, but, again, they lie. Goodbye OrthoVirginia Lynchburg.

We were informed by our insurance company that our MOP had been met and we should inform Orthova. We informed Ortho and were told they would NOT resend invoices to our health care provider for payment but payment was our responsibility regardless of paying $2000,00 more than our MOP. We were turned over to collections and we continue to receive collection letters for invoices never sent to our home address. My wife broke her shoulder when she fell on the ice this winter. Ortho on call doctor didn't see it on the xray. Six weeks later at her follow up appointment they caught it. Now my 89 heard old mother in law fell and Ortho on call xray missed the fracture in her vertebra. Need I say more.
RecommendedHands down a phenomenal physician! Dr. Parker repaired my acl and meniscus. Prior to my surgery he provided a detailed account of the procedure, reinjury statistics, and recovery process. Dr. Laino is great! He has operated twice on my arthritic fingers and has reduced the pain in my finger joints. He is a good listener and answers my questions.
Highly recommend Ortho Virginia’s surgical and physical therapy staff’s for their professionalism and attention to detail. An excellent operation from A to Z.
