I went here after an injury to my shoulder. It was not a bad experience, and I returned when my hand basically froze shut while I was waiting in line at President Carter's viewing. I went back because my shoulder wasn't really healing and I was having a hard time scheduling physical therapy - wanted to see if I could get FMLA to free up my work schedule. Barbara Cook was my hand therapist. I had seen her once before for trigger finger rehab. This time, I was there for extensor tendonitis treatment. She is an excellent therapist, and I trusted her knowledge and skill from the very beginning. This current therapy took a couple of months, but the difference I feel is remarkable. I also appreciated the way she treated me and the other clients there.
I look forward to my visits at the Parham Road office to see Dr. Harry Shaia & his nurse. They are patient & kind. They both take time with me & make me feel like I am the only patient they have that day. Dr. Shaia is my favorite doctor of all I have & I hope he is around for a long time. Beverly Grosz
Their billing dept is Awful
So disappointed in Nurse/PA care. My parents Overall post-op care is woefully lacking to non existent. Therapy is fine, but surgical care, issues post op and elderly support to access post-op care is lacking.
