I can not express my heartfelt thank you enough to the staff at this location for being outstanding and going above and beyond. Megan ,Devon WOW AMAZING you have given me my life and mobility back!!! I want to take the time to highlight the services I received these past weeks at OrthoVirginia Henrico Parham located at 7650 E Parham Rd # 100, Richmond, VA 23294. I had knee surgery in December 2024, which was followed up with physical therapy for a few weeks. This was the first time I have ever had to receive physical therapy, so I was unsure what to expect. Can NEVER get through the phone lines, VERY unprofessional service, my experience with the medical once you get through the extensive and unprofessional phone lines isn’t bad. The doctors and medical staff was good, it’s the customer service of the phone lines. IT NEVER FAILS. Each time I attempt to schedule an appointment, I can expect to be on hold for a thousand years, I called to discuss and pay my bill, and was switched all around, was on hold for 45 minutes.
