In October of 2025 I reached out to OV for chronic lower back, and leg pain I was having. I am so impressed with the care I have received during the last few months. I am happy to now be working on a pain free future.
I’m in so much pain and your “Pain Management” office did nothing to help. Staff and nurses were friendly and pleasant. Then I see Nicole Ballachino. I’ve seen her multiple times. Several folks recommended OrthoVirginia physicians for my hip issues. I saw one ortho doctor and was examined and then given x-rays before being diagnosed with bone on bone arthritis in my hip, which would require surgery to repair. There was no pressure to schedule surgery immediately and I was told that it was my choice on when I’d like to take care of it; since I had a trip planned 4 months away I wanted to schedule soon so that I’d be pain free on vacation. Pretty good care and treatment plan. Buyer beware. When they offer you medical devices, they do tell you the cost. They will bill insurance and then you will pay 7 times out of pocket what you would have paid on Amazon for one of the same exact product. They were not deceptive, just be aware.
