Edit 6 months later: i did in fact tear my knee. it was a bucket handle tear in medial meniscus. another dr ordered an MRI which showed it. had surgery on it last week. VCU short pump location was great & treated me like a person instead of a wallet. i am not a review guy at all but please take this warning and go somewhere else ‐-------------- this is a patient mill. twisted my knee walking, spent $80 on visit, nurse came in for 5 minutes, said i was in too much pain to do an exam & had me come back a week later. told me ta... read more

I've been trying to schedule a procedure appointment for over a week. It shouldn't be this difficult to get someone to call back. The people I spoke with have been very kind and understanding of my frustration but they can only escalate my issue for the right person to call me back.
