this is a patient mill. spent $80 on visit, nurse came in for 5 minutes, said i was in too much pain to do an exam & had me come back a week later. told me take tylenol. had to call to ask questions after as nothing else was explained to me. not sure why they didnt scan my knee. 1 week, and another $80 later, im back. i cant walk or put weight on my knee & dr said im fine & it'll heal itself. did not recommend an MRI or PT or anything else. had to ask basic questions like benchmarks about when i can do things again such as w... read more
I had a disappointing experience at OrthoVirginia Henrico Parham. After a knee injury, I was told an MRI was “optional” and likely unnecessary, but I pushed for one anyway. It turned out I actually had a broken knee (comminuted intra-articular fracture of the lateral tibial plateau) and needed immediate treatment—something that should have been taken more seriously from the start.
