Front desk reps are really rude and the doctors are not good. They will treat you like you owe then something.
I have been very happy with the office staff and doctors. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, office staff was friendly. I was very pleased with the knowledge of Dr. Peltier. He reviewed my MRI and got me scheduled for surgery. Surgery scheduling staff was great as was the staff who fitted my sling. After care has been wonderful also.
This is an update on a previous review I left. A few months ago I came to this clinic with a longstanding and severe shoulder condition. I had every symptom of torn rotator cuff, and succumbed only when the pain started keeping me up at night. Without touching me or having me remove my shirt, the specialist here diagnosed me with “frozen shoulder” and sent me on my way with a steroid injection and a follow up in a month or so. I had a lingering shoulder injury which had worsened over many months to the point I couldn’t even sleep from the pain. I had every classic torn rotator cuff symptom. I went to this facility and the doctor I saw interrupted me when I was telling him the background of my injury. He had virtually no interest in what I had to say, and asked me to try to move my arm a certain way.
