Excellent physical therapists and support staff! I saw the team 1-2 times a week for seven months after shoulder surgery. The facility is small and it can get crowded at times (the only reason this isn’t a 5 star review) but the therapists are top notch and very attentive, personable, and friendly. I’m actually going to miss my weekly sessions with them.
From the front office, to the x-ray tech, to the doctors, no bedside manner.
i’m not one to write reviews, but I feel I need to share my frustrating experience at the OrthoVirginia Haymarket office. I arrived for my appointment, and after spending almost 3 hours in the office, I was told that due to a problem with their system, my insurance information hadn’t been updated and was showing expired and inactive. This was completely unacceptable. Got seen three times by Dr Christopher Highfill at this Haymarket location for pre-op, op and post-op. Answered all questions, kept appointment times and I'm in post-recovery and back in action. Staff was great and wait times were generally low.
Within. four month period I had both my knees replaced by Dr. John J Kim at Ortho Virginia and I couldn’t be happier! The entire team at Ortho Virginia did a phenomenal job executing two separate knee replacement surgeries and rehabbing me within a total of seven months. I’m a 63 year-old retiree with severe osteoarthritis that persisted for five years of bone on bone and zero Cartlidge or Meniscus in both knees.
