Tahmina provided me with all the information I needed. She listened to all my concerns was happy to go through each concern one by one. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt she wanted to care for me as if I was one of her family members. She did an excellent job addressing all of my concerns. I felt comfortable, secure, and rightfully diagnosed. Tahmina did an excellent job addressing my concerns and providing me with the appropriate care. I felt safe and understood and I’m appreciative of her patience knowledge and professionalism.
AI receptionist is terrible, they ask several times the same questions before disconnecting you. No one answers the phone, cannot schedule a appointment, will go elsewhere!
Excellent physical therapists and support staff! I saw the team 1-2 times a week for seven months after shoulder surgery. The facility is small and it can get crowded at times (the only reason this isn’t a 5 star review) but the therapists are top notch and very attentive, personable, and friendly. I’m actually going to miss my weekly sessions with them.
From the front office, to the x-ray tech, to the doctors, no bedside manner.
i’m not one to write reviews, but I feel I need to share my frustrating experience at the OrthoVirginia Haymarket office. I arrived for my appointment, and after spending almost 3 hours in the office, I was told that due to a problem with their system, my insurance information hadn’t been updated and was showing expired and inactive. This was completely unacceptable.
