I went to St Mary's to see Dr Gibellato and he was good as usual but the nurse that checked me in was so rude to me and I didn't like it. I had to stop my grandson from going in on her. I am diabetic and my sugar was down to 56 and he was trying to help me. She continued to tell me that it wasn't fair that the doctor had to wait for me. After sending this Dr Reis called me to say we should go our seperate ways....still charged my insurane for office visit. I am a pt of Abilio Reis MD , now I do not have a complaint about him but , to patients the front office is an extension of him and Ortho Virgina as a whole. I was on my way to my doctor's appointment this morning when I heard a commotion going on upon entering the building. I saw a receptionist yelling at a patient in the Ortho Virginia office. It was very unprofessional and that poor girl was really upset. I’ve never seen a receptionist say curse words to a customer, I’m a receptionist and I’d be fired for this type of behavior.
