Nov 20th Dr Reiss 's nurse that day had me ys some bathrm scale instead of hallway one let before. She was rude and rolling her eyes .Like she didn't want to work or just me. Gave her the medical papers to forward over to Sharecare ( company that fill out all the forms now.) She didn't forward them or return them . Now Sophia Pauge from Sharecare tells me the nurse just cxl my request. Was that her decision?Dr?OrthoVirginia ?
I made an appointment to see Dr. Harris, for severe hip and leg pain. I only saw the PA, she poked around a little and said it was Sciatica. She sent in an Rx for steiords and showed me the door! No discussion about pain management, so here I lay in pain and feel like no one cares! And the elderly suffer more due to the doctors neglect.........
I went to ortho va on the 10th and saw shea.I had x-rays done I will get results today and so far nothing
My first post was deleted wow!! I have to think long and hard before I make another appointment!! This was supposed to be an important appointment for me. I was on time the girl checked me in. I asked if the doctor was backed up and she said my doctor has been busy all day. Someone should have done the right thing and call me to ask if I wanted to reschedule. This is poor service and attitude!!!!!!!!
