Nov 20th Dr Reiss 's nurse that day had me use some bathrm scale instead of hallway one let before. She was rude and rolling her eyes .Like she didn't want to work or just help me. Gave her the medical papers to forward over to Sharecare ( company that fill out all the forms now.) She didn't forward them or return them . Waiting 1hr 30mins so far and the doctor hasn’t even came in or visited yet and my appointment was supposed to be an hour ago
Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. Raina, who works in the office, was extremely rude throughout the entire process. While I was dealing with a serious injury and significant pain, I kept receiving calls from their team denying authorization for an MRI because they claimed I had Medicare. I repeatedly explained that I do not have Medicare, yet instead of listening to me or verifying the information, they continued to argue with me about it. Not great but not bad. My FNP for my back was alright, she just seemed to check the boxes and wasn’t very knowledgeable about my condition or explained anything to me. They also scheduled me for an appointment without consulting with me for date and time. They scheduled my appointment for two weeks out on a Friday and I’m working in healthcare.
