After sending this Dr Reis called me to say we should go our seperate ways....still charged my insurane for office visit. I am a pt of Abilio Reis MD , now I do not have a complaint about him but , to patients the front office is an extension of him and Ortho Virgina as a whole. I was on my way to my doctor's appointment this morning when I heard a commotion going on upon entering the building. I saw a receptionist yelling at a patient in the Ortho Virginia office. It was very unprofessional and that poor girl was really upset. I’ve never seen a receptionist say curse words to a customer, I’m a receptionist and I’d be fired for this type of behavior. Was referred to this practice by the hospital for a follow up. Should have gone anywhere else. For a team of medical professionals you would expect them to carry themselves like so. Pretty sure they are paying people for these 5 star reviews. If you want someone to take you seriously and be there to help you and listen to you go somewhere else.
