The doctor was patient, they took X-rays onsite, the staff was nice. The crazy part was I was sent to the therapy office next door for them to tell me my insurance will not cover therapy sessions if I don't have surgery first, when the technician in the doctors office knew this already.
Nothing but a nightmare so far. First impression - Have a 8am appointment. Received about 6 texts and emails instructing me to be there at 730 for initial paperwork. Office doesn’t open until 8, they said they don’t know why I was told 730 Second impression - Follow up for MRI. Was told I would get a call 2-3 days after MRI to make appointment. 8 days later I call and the lady on phone asked why I thought they would call me. Dr Kemler is legit… easily my favorite Dr. He listens and provides real solutions. I love that he isn’t negative or going right for meds. Definitely would recommend! Also, shoutout to his scribe, Ben who is awesome too!
