I had to wait a few days to post so they don’t know who I am because I don’t want to lose care but seriously, with the money spent here and the kind of business this is, don’t you think you could train your front desk staff to be slightly more pleasant? She’s always in her phone and is irritated that she has to stop texting to help you. There’s zero patient privacy with her as she’s loud with your full name, address and phone number in a full room of people. The eye rolling and sighing is also a bit much. This is for my experience in February. Terrible communication with this location. I've been going around making phone calls to try to get seen only to be told something different when I arrive. I called before if I could be seen and I was told they were taking 'walk-ins'. Getting misinformation is very frustrating especially if a patient is in pain and having to go back and forth. Had to give zero stars, Washington commanders shouldn't support this practice. Completely messed my foot up where now I can barely walk. Asked for a MRI of it they did a xray and injection. Go back let him k ow I got a rash and extreme constant pain and the Dr says u probably need to try a wedge insert from walmart....shouldn't that have been the first option before u destroyed my foot...Garbage practice...Lynchburg branch is 1000000 times better. Should be closed down.
