Worst experience!!! They only want to give injections!! A big run around for having injuries that needs repair!! So Sad!😔
Dr. Chen is a caring and compassionate provider. During my appointment with him yesterday, he showed me my x-ray and explained my treatment options thoroughly. He patiently answered my questions about my injury. I love his humor at our visits and his hilarious socks! Dr. Chen is a phenomenal provider. I have found my forever hand specialist! All of the staff are amazing people at Ortho Virginia! They are kind and friendly. Shout out to Patrick who installed my arm cast. He’s super friendly and fun!
Excellent therapy. Shari and Willa are awesome and so is the rest of the staff. They really care about getting you better. Will definitely go back if I have more therapy needs. My knee feels almost brand new.
I had ankle surgery for the second time and after a week of surgery how much more Improvement it was they're fast and responding to the portal messages very professional very courteous would recommend it to anyone in fact I do
Very disappointed. When I met the surgeon who offered me surgery, I thought he was a very good natured guy, he explained the procedure to me and I agreed to the surgery. 10 days later and I am in more pain than all of my surgeries put together, including 3 for a shoulder replacement. I begged for help with the pain on day 2 but was denied help. I couldn't eat or sleep for 3 1/2 days due to the pain. I was crying and moaning nonstop. 10 days later and I'm still in so much pain I can't even follow the plot of a simple TV show.... read more
