They want to do everything except fix the problem ended up being referred to another surgeon who recommended out of the gate that I have a full shoulder replacement at the age of 46. Unless you are happy with having something halfway done, I would not go here was expected to suffer with severe arthritis for another 10 or 20 years instead of just giving me a shoulder replacement. I will never go back here.
I had a follow up appt. after my MRI. Arrived 10 minutes early as required. Nurse came after about 20 minutes. Put me in a room & I saw no one. I waited another hour /& finally left. The lovely receptionist was so apologetic. All it would have taken was a heads up from the nurse that they were running late. I guess they think my time is as valuable as their's . Needless to say I did not reschedule. Very disappointed !
Our daughter broke her arm and we had to visit on a walk-in emergency basis and the folks here are great!
i went to two different places for help with my wrist and neither had an x-ray machine. Everyone at Ortho Virginia was so nice and caring. Even though I was a walk-in the service was fantastic. I didn't even have to pay for parking!
