I had a bad experience there a few days ago; the doctor had a bad attitude before performing a steroid injection procedure—simply because I had asked to speak with him so he could explain the procedure and the risks. Also, they almost never answer the phone for inquiries or appointments. Another thing: they always seem to be in a rush during consultations, as if it bothers them when we try to comment or discuss things in more detail.
Dr. Gogineni is an outstanding surgeon. Had both knees replaced last year and I’m doing very well.
