If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went there for a consultation for a chronic musculoskeletal problem. The exam that took place was minimal. I sat in a chair the entire time. At no time did the doctor perform range of motion or strength testing on the affected area, or anything else for that matter. Yet, when I went to review my clinical notes, there was falsified documentation indicating that those assessments had been conducted and the results are far from accurate. I went in for a trigger finger, my first time in an orthopedic office, and I was very impressed. The check-in was a breeze, and Dr. Gogineni was charming and thorough. Thank you.
Some of the intake nurses are not great! They really need to listen to the patient. The doctors themselves are good. Please have your intake nurses work on their bedside manners. Front desk staff are fantastic!
Just looked into this BEWARE OF ORTHO VA & GILLIAM & MIKULA the 3rd party debt collector for Ortho Virginia is Trans World Agency NOT Gilliam & Mikula. Blue Cross Blue Shield investigated Ortho VA. Trans World has no record of Ortho Virginia reporting my past due bill. It seems as if it gets funneled to the Law Firm Gilliam & Mikula. I went to the local court house and the warrant in debt sent to me was not filed there, there is no record at the court named for this warrant in debt for a minor medical bill.... SHADY.
