Be warned that ortho Virginia uses a predatory debt collection agency. I was told at the front desk they ran my insurance info and I owed nothing. I even double checked and they said the total is $0 and I said “must be my lucky day”. Well I guess the bill was actually $200 and I never knew until their debt collector sent me a letter, I tried to pay online and their portal didn’t work, tried emailing the email they had listed and it didn’t go through so I assumed it was spam. Jennifer is rude don't know how to speak to ppl and the reception doesn't ask a lot of questions when ppl are sick and to take 2 busses to get here and was told I can't be seen 😡😡😡
I can't say enough about Dr. Peterson. Have seen him a few times over the years about a "possible, future" hip issue. Saw him last week after a freak accident (did the splits on a slippery kitchen floor after knocking over a water glass). He is very good at explaining things. Other than a severe sprain, all was good.
Dr McConnell is a champion he always describibe in details the underlying cause of my pain if its arthritis, broken bones reviewing X-rays gives a concise treatment plan with his compassion, professionalism, communication skills are by far the best orthopedic doctor's office I've ever been to, he always gives you his undivided attention quality is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectations every time. The nurse who supposed to submit the fluid to test for infection within an hour, was so busy reading news on her phone that she forgot to do so. My husband had to do another test and was charged for both visits. When we asked to void the first visit, we were told it’s a type procedure that won’t be void. Be aware of it!
