I’ve had a wonderful experience with my surgeon at this office, but unfortunately, I can no longer continue my care here due to ongoing issues with their billing practices. Dr John McConnell rushed my appointment, it lasted less than 5 minutes. He failed to share any actual treatment options with me. Most of his energy was spent saying medical jargon for the nurse to take note of for insurance purposes. Didn’t look at me once in those 5 mins. He also assumed that I have no health insurance and failed to give me a MRI order until I asked for one. He also laughed and smirked when I asked a basic question about my level of pain.
