I have been a patient of Ortho for several years for cervical disc fusion, knee replacement, and recently shoulder replacement. I used their therapy programs for each surgery. The doctors and therapists were all wonderful, and I have deep respect for all of them. I have always been treated with respect. If the doctor is running late, a sign is posted letting patients know the situation. I give them high marks!
Scheduled a new patient appointment on 11/8 for 12/10 for 750am with Michael Wind. Two business days prior to my appointment, it was automatically rescheduled (without establishing availability) for 3pm that day with a PA. 1.) This is not an acceptable way to treat patients. Perhaps if I was an established patient with a relationship with the physician, I might adjust once, but definitely not as a new patient. 2.) Not a good first impression. Terrible experience. Wait time to see the doctor is 1 1/2 hours passed appointment time. I did the cleaning prep 3 days before surgery. Still had infection after surgery. 2 weeks recovery turned into 6 weeks. Skin still hasn’t healed up. The share care 3rd party billing service is terrible. I have to keep paying processing fees, because doctor/ employer either they don’t send all the forms to each other and don’t fill the forms correctly. Went here to see find out about swelling of my knee that was so painful that I couldn’t walk on leg or sleep for long. But after my visit here and four vials 🧪 of drained fluid of knee. The Cortizone shot has me feeling like a brand new person. no swelling and no more pain 💉😃
Please find another provider ortho va has kept me in pain for over a year . SOMEONEHELPMESUETHIS PLACE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
