Great care provided, terrible billing/collections. I have been turned over to collections twice. The first time I called and confirmed with Ortho Virginia that I had a zero balance on MyChart for me and all my dependents, got another notice from the same “outstanding bill”. I called the collection company and gave them the payment dates and payment amounts and they said they would clear it up. the hospital was nice and service was good. However, "After being referred to OrthoVirginia: St. Francis Medical Center for physical therapy, I received a phone call asking me to choose a location. However, when I expressed my confusion about available locations as I was in Midlothian, the caller abruptly hung up on me, feigning an inability to hear me. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional."
