I had a very disappointing experience with this facility. Almost three months ago, I had measurements taken for my son’s foot inserts. I was told the process usually takes about 8 weeks, so after 8 weeks I called to follow up. At that time, they said the inserts were not at the facility yet and it's delayed because of the holidays. We had a fantastic experience with Tyler! He was extremely friendly and welcoming, got us in right away, and provided excellent care. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — we really felt taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone in need of orthotic services!
This is my second time coming here. The first time was great no issues but this second time I was very disappointed. The staff is very nice but we waited 4 months for a pair of afos. The afos are poor quality, everything was put together all sloppy like they were in a rush. And on top of that we waited in office over an hour to get them.
I have to wait almost 4 months to get my son's afo's take to long
