Luke was awesome. He helped my wife and I go through a helmet for my daughter. He was kind and courteous throughout the whole process and made it very easy for my wife and I to understand what’s going on and the reasons behind it. I recommend anyone who is needing an infant helmet to give Luke a shot! From our experience I couldn’t ask for someone better.
Have 2 say by far one of the best around . Terry W. Is great and compassionate been with him 4 years and will always come back he always cares for his patients whether they are low income or not it doesn't matter to him he helps when the patient is desperate and has no where else to turn, 4ever grateful!! And the front desk lady's I couldn't thank enough for your great service!!!!
I needed to change my review in the last 3 days this office had shown me the respect and compassion everyone deserves!
First visit, nice folks. Then nothing for months. I call and get told insurance approved everything, then get nothing for months. Finally get a call to bring my shoe in for my brace and get an appointment a month later. Now the day before my appointment they call and say sorry, no brace. And now I have an appointment for another month away. I can't say anything about their service because I have yet to see anything. What a complete joke.
Tyler who does the work on my daughter's prosthetic leg he does a fantastic job of communicating what my daughter needs with her leg when it comes to adjustments or knowing when she will need to get a new prosthetic leg made for her. I would definitely say this place is a place I would recommend.
