Very very nice and helpful . Dr Sethi was very thorough and explained every thing.
On yesterday, when I went in for back injections she was absolutely void of any compassion, nor did she own up to having my appointments (3) of which were canceled by her office. She wanted to know why I was referred to her in mid-Jan. I told her of the 3 cancelations by her office. Her facial expression was one of dismissal. She offered 0 empathy and proceeded to brag on having performed over 200 injections during that period. Her unapologetic deflection is inexcusable! I would not recommend her to anyone! I have been seeing Dr. Sethi for a long time. She is the best orthopedic doctor I know. She keeps my hip from having to be replaced!
Dr. Shikha Sethi is the consummate Medical professional. Her soft spoken manner is actually "velvet over steel." She listened, she communicated to me what was happening with my spine with direct answers, and gave me assurance that an epidural cortisone injection would most likely give me relief. She gave me new life from pain and though I knew this was only a temporary fix I am so grateful to Dr. Sethi.
