If I can put a 0 for a review I would. I purchased a (Hawley) top row retainer (over $200) thru Laster Orthodontics back on 02/2024. My retainer wire broke this year. The retainer I paid for was poorly made and I only had them for a year and 8 months. I called over to Laster and spoke to a manager, and she advised I will have to pay another $100 to replace them.
