Thank you, Dr. O'Connor, and the amazing team! The care I received was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel at ease. A special shout-out to my nurse, Jill, for doing such a phenomenal job; I honestly didn't feel the needle at all. They took the time to patiently explain everything, including my insurance, anesthesia, and post-op care. I was so impressed to wake up dressed, comfortable, and with all my medical equipment already in place. They truly think of everything.
They were very professional. They took care of me great. Staff was wonderful. Had surgery here 2 times.
Terrible the whole time of my husbands surgery I did not know anything not when he went into surgery not when he went into recovery the Dr never came to talk to me until I went in and said what is going on with my husband it’s been 3.5 hours for a 45 min surgery and have not heard anything when I went to ask for a update they told me he was in recovery would be done in 30 minutes to go home and that was another hour 30 minutes and they did not tell me anything. Would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone
I had foot surgery at the Ortho Surgery Center and received great care the day of my operation, was impressed by the pro-active interest in my health and care before the procedure. The team was very responsive, open to answering my questions before the procedure, and checked on me after the surgery. I would go back here for any future care and send my family to this surgery center.
