Amazing service Alex and Alvaro were amazing to work with! My insurance didn’t want to provide a second boot after my first broke (different company’s boot) and Alex made it work. Alvaro was so sweet and helped me get my boot fitted correctly.
Came here for a much needed scooter. I got a basket and canopy with it. Alvaro helped me put it all together and showed me how to use it. Very helpful and informative. I use it just about every weekend. Grateful they had everything I needed. Great service!
Stopped in here a few times to get equipment for the old folks in my life. Staff is very friendly, especially Alex at the front desk. Everyone I've worked with takes the time to make sure I have a full understanding of how to use the equipment. The manager is always super nice to my son. Plus they always have candy to snack on while you wait!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ortho Corp completely failed to deliver essential medical equipment on the date they had guaranteed. Leaving a patient discharged from surgery without what they need at a critical time is unacceptable for any company, but especially one operating in the healthcare space. After several unanswered phone calls, I finally reached their agent Alvaro, who was astonishingly rude and dismissive.
