Husband had knee paid and went to Ivan. We were the first appointment in the morning and was there early, yet we were told he would be late and rolled in 45 minutes late in his colourful attire, without an apology. Looked at his scans and told him he needs to have knee surgery and it will be 50/50 chance of getting better but recovery would be 6-12 weeks.
