Lack of follow up when promised.
Dr Jason Harvey is a brilliant orthoperiodic surgeon. I highly recommend him - from initial appointment, to surgery then post op appointment was nothing but five star service. His direct approach & professional advice made me 100 percent confident to do the operation and trust him and it was the best decision I ever made. I will never look back as I have a new lease on life and am no longer in debilitating pain. Thank you Jason Harvey!

Massive shout out and biggest thank you to Dr Julia Kirby who saw my daughter quite quickly based on her knee issues, with surgery undertaken quickly too. We've just had our final post op appointment and my daughter is now 100% back to her usual, active self again. It's been a ride but we are so thankful for Julia's knowledge and guidance in helping my daughter. Can't thank you enough ☺️
I went to see Kara with an injured thumb from playing netball. I walked in with a lot of pain and heavy bruising across my hand. Kara was incredibly thorough in assessing the damage—she took the time to carefully test and examine the injury. She sent me for X-rays, made a custom splint to support the thumb, explained all the possible outcomes clearly, and followed up straight away when the X-ray results came in.
