This is a dishonest company. They constantly send letters saying I owe them money. I didn't ask for or sign any papers. They drove me to my place after my hip replacement surgery. I won't let them near me. It's a scam!!!

Would never do business with them
This review was in reference to my communication with Jillian Pepper. I had a very unprofessional experience. I was supposed to receive a brace for my knee back when I injured in it the beginning of June. I was told that she would be in contact to set up and appointment. I never heard back from her and had to contact my orthopedic again. She then called me on and off up until July 10th and would ask if I could meet on random days. I gave her my availability. These people deserve less than a star. They are ripping off people. They billed my insurance 400$ for a boot that costs 90$ on amazon and proceeded to send me a 290$ bill afterwards.
