I was here with a family member. It was a really nice place. Nice waiting room..nice people very proffesional
I was not treated with safety, dignity,and respect here. For a routine RFA I was overly medicated to unconsciousness and woke up with pain and discomfort. I had lesions and severe burn marks on my body. My records are not accurate nor honest to what happened. They purposely mixed old records and erased actual records for days of service to cover what was done to me. Some of the nurses and staff were very loud, they sounded like kids on a play ground. One nurse was speaking to a female patient concerning her medical history, she was talking about her hysterectomy too loud. This should have been done in a closed office due to hippa laws. The patient in the bed next to me was a sick patient he stated they are too loud. I saw Dr Stuart for an injection, he was 1,000% Great. His attending nurses were too loud way before he got there:
This has been the worst specialist Ive ever dealt with and Ive dealt with a lot! He is arrogant and condescending! He was going to do a surgery for my torn rotator cuff but after him talking down to me and saying "Im not god I can tell you if your shoulder will be repaired" First of all Im a patient who is hurting and you act this way!
