Told to be here at 0600 and surgery to start at 0745 however, it is 0710 and I am still not in the back for pre op. Only thing they have done is check me in

I was not treated with safety, dignity,and respect here. For a routine RFA I was overly medicated to unconsciousness and woke up with pain and discomfort. I had lesions and severe burn marks on my body. My records are not accurate nor honest to what happened. They purposely mixed old records and erased actual records for days of service to cover what was done to me.
