OrthoSource's website and catalogs of their products made if very easy to order and see the extremely low prices compared to other distributors.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Customer service and returns are horrid. I couldn't even talk and explain the circumstances and I was being made "an exception" to the return policy and it turns out that was a lie. So the $98 spent on my order will be pilfered down to nothing once the return department decides if the product never used and returned is eligible for a refund. What a ripoff! I didn't want the exchange because that was a ripoff and lengthy process too!

Very bad attitude with customers , I got the item for $36.00 and paid $42.00 for shipping . I spoke to the guy , he told that he is owner, he was very , very rude. very bad. I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
