I never leave reviews of doctors’ offices, but this one takes the cake. I brought my 9-year-old son in for X-rays on his ankle. The doctor looked at his X-ray and said, “It looks broken, but it probably isn’t broken. I think it is an old break and your son just needs to stay off it until it stops hurting, which, my guess is, that it will be soon, maybe a week.” First off, that is the most insane statement to even type out. I can’t even begin to describe how dismissed and disrespected I felt by the provider I saw. If you are in any type of pain and looking for help skip this place and go to the ER. The comments made were flat out mean and left me in tears. I will not return to this clinic.
Will be filing a grievance. Christopher Lawler yelled at me for crying and having a panic attack with 2 broken bones and a ligament injury. I am severely mentally ill and have had anxiety and been on meds for it for 20 years.
