I arrived and the facility was clean and easy to find my way. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen right away and every person I met was very kind and courteous.
I had an appointment on a Sunday and felt like I got white glove service. I walked in and there was someone posted right at the front. She escorted me to imaging. Short wait for imaging and every staff member in that department was lovely as well. The whole process was done in 30 minutes.
Great doctors. Would highly recommend.
Beginning to end, fantastic experience. We’re so lucky to have the new Orthopedic clinic in Boise. Friendly front desk, quick wait to see the Doc, Rad Techs were awesome, and I was able to walk down the hallway and get my prescribed PT. Great job, St Luke’s!
