I was refered here by the emergency room due to my left knee. The first doctor i had seen was very nice and friendly and did the cortisone shot in the right spot from thebtop down. Then when i came due for another shot he had retired and i ended up with arude PA and she was trying to talk me out of the cortisone shot and told me to do therapy. This is my first visit and I will definitely go back if needed. Reception desk was great very knowledgeable and I had no issues there. I saw the nurse practitioner Chelsea and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Went in the bring in my mother for her appointment. Went to the front desk. She then told me that my mother canceled the appointment through mychart. My elderly mom does not even know how to use my chart. She responded to a pre questionnaire saying she did It wrong and then they just assumed to cancel it. The lady at the desk said we cna rebook but I work and im her ride like what am I supposed to do. The rude girl at the desk really needs a new job if she doesn't like it that much like damn.
