Dr Christiansen did my right hip and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm so glad they make replacement parts. The nurses were wonderful
The doctors are wonderful. The office is NOT. In my experience it is poorly run. I called and went to the office a few times to find that although they are open until 4:30, they locked the doors and went home early. In my opinion, open until 4:30 means you are open until 4:30.
Extremely Rude and Disrespectful. Do not recommend going through them they will treat you horrible. They lie and no not answer any phone calls. When they do call you back they speak to you with a horrible tone and they couldn't care less about you. Please find someone who is professional.
Unprofessional and rude. Worse experience ever, they made surgery and after care godawful. And getting any post op appointments after the first week is impossible as well as they don’t care, they cut into you , got their money after that they don’t care at all. Don’t recommend this place unless you want to be treated like trash and your concerns constantly ignored.
