Friendly excellent service. Flow up to surgery in Tyler. Very convenient location to prevent the longer drive for follow up. PA Colby (sp?) Was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
I've been seeing Dr. Hester for several years for a chronic issue. He is the nicest doctor I've ever seen. He answers all my questions and he is extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to everyone.
Dr.Pappas fixed my broken ankle in 2020 and he has done both of my knee replacements 2024 and 2025. He is awesome! Has improved my quality of life 100%. No more pain or limping. He has great bedside manner and explains everything so I can understand him.
Las recepcionistas son muy groseras en persona y por teléfono, no quieren hablar en español aún cuando lo saben hablar, son unas racistas aunque son hispanas. Pero con la gente americana con ellos si son muy diferentes. Pésimo servicio y atención de parte de la recepción
Was referred by the ER, since my Ortho surgeon retired. Arrived early, receptionist was very nice and professional and helpful. Got to go back early, very nice and professional lady, Linda, took down all the info and did bp. Dr Pappas came recognized him when he worked at another medical facility. So happy he is my orthopedic doctor. Ordered X-ray minutes later was explaining over X-rays my condition and course of action to take. Very pleased with this facility and very happy I have Dr Pappas in my corner. Highly recommend
