As a self-employed person I never know when a customer will walk through my door. After having a couple of them show up at my shop right before my scheduled appointment I had to wait on them until they were satisfied. It made me about 16 minutes late for my orthopedics plus appointment. Up on arrival I am told that after 15 minutes I can no longer keep my appointment. Needless to say I won't be going back to orthopedics Plus.
