A total joke! No consistency in their treatment! I was passed around like a 13-year-old girl at Mar-A-Lago! A different therapist almost every time I visited. If these therapists did not want to work with me, they could have been honest and told me. Then I could have gone to another physical therapy facility and gotten better treatment! I had to endure conversations about religion on two occasions. I go there for therapy, not church!
As a self-employed person I never know when a customer will walk through my door. After having a couple of them show up at my shop right before my scheduled appointment I had to wait on them until they were satisfied. It made me about 16 minutes late for my orthopedics plus appointment. Up on arrival I am told that after 15 minutes I can no longer keep my appointment. Needless to say I won't be going back to orthopedics Plus.
