Everyone was professional and helpful. Their walk-in clinic was great for me with very little wait.
I chose Orthopedics Now/KC Bone & Joint Clinic over going to ER or our PCP and having to schedule and go somewhere else for x-rays and waiting for them to come, etc.; we needed immediate results! We did not have to wait long. We were already in their system ( they had treated us before), so that saved time. Excellent service! Front end was very kind and friendly. Andrew Dale took excellent care of my child and was very professional. Dr. Hiatt was our appointed Specialist and answered all our questions! Thank you very much for treating everyone with genuine care! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to for competent professionals and friendly staff.
