I was there sitting in the waiting room for an HOUR, and paid 900 something and we were the LAST people and the appointment is for my knee, then we got called to a room and LAST 1 HOUR so we left and NEVER COME BACK and the fact that I've been there 3 times and I've never waited TWO HOURS before for a appointment.
Very bad phone etiquette, I called for 5 weeks in a row every Tuesday or Wednesday, left messages, none ever returned my calls. Dr told me to wait for surgery schedule and when they finally answered after 2.5 months the nurse told me. "The dr asked you to get clearance for surgery" when I knew that was a lie because I would of done it right away.
