The interaction with the doctor was positive. She explained things well and was attentive to my son’s needs. However, please know that if you are getting any kind of “fracture care,” they bill this as surgical. We literally had a 15 minute consultation with the doc, she gave him a different cheap sling, and we were billed for “surgery,” costing us over $800.00 even with excellent insurance coverage. Replace whomever is taking appointments, not friendly and rude.
The person answering the phone was rude and refused to make an appointment for us. I do not recommend calling here if you are looking to get any type of service. When I asked to talk to the person's supervisor, they refused!
