Do not make any appointments here at UIC orthopedic. I called back in July to make an appointment for my father and i was given a date for 29th of September. I am calling them to confirm the appointment today on Sep 17th and they are telling me that there is no appointment scheduled for my father and i waited 2 months ! Then i was put on hold to speak to the supervisor name Johnny mike who is very unprofessional and unmannered! This place is very unprofessional and a waste of time . This office is very professional and extremely unorganized! The Hispanic staff is making sure they help their own get in faster. Meanwhile, I’ve been sitting here waiting for 2 hours. Waiting to see a resident for my post op appointment. I will definitely be going else where after this!!!! The whole process of getting surgery was horrible! Dr. Hutchinson is very insensitive. Update: I waited two hours and was seen all of 5 mins. They didn’t even check my vitals. I would not recommend this place.
Communication is very poor. Was called and message left for me to come for appointment. I arrived and there was not an appointment and no orders. Due to the covid-19 I had to leave children in car with the babysitter with all the High Level Unprofessional Business. I'm so disappointed with this system still with no help with knees that need surgery.
Had an appointment on July 31st where the doctor (Dr Goldburg) rushed me out. On September 25th, I had a telehealth appointment with Dr Goldburg where I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a call that lasted 1 minute and 30 seconds.
