(Anyone else notice a lot of 1 time reviews? Fluffed)And now they don't listen....I told them prior to any procedures or aids to get authorization first, they didn't. Now I have a ridiculous bill. What is wrong with this place? Went to Dr Glaser's office, I am not a "Babe", nor should be referred to as that by a receptionist. I just wanted to say that Dr. Kalmes was awesome and has helped me very much regarding my knee & leg pain. I went into urgent care being my knee was swollen & right away Dr. Kalmes had blood work done and an x-ray to make sure there wasn’t a possible blood clot. Thank you Dr. Kalmes for your excellent service!!
Wow!! - Had an appointment that I had made four weeks ago and showed up this morning to be informed that unless the new doctor (that I had an appointment with) that has replaced my former retired doctor has done my knee replacements he would no longer provide care for me. I understand things do change but not extending the simple courtesy to contact me within the four week period of making the appointment is inexcusable. Use to think they were the best but not so sure now.
