Wow!! - Had an appointment that I had made four weeks ago and showed up this morning to be informed that unless the new doctor (that I had an appointment with) that has replaced my former retired doctor has done my knee replacements he would no longer provide care for me. I understand things do change but not extending the simple courtesy to contact me within the four week period of making the appointment is inexcusable. Use to think they were the best but not so sure now.
On Nov 2023, Dr. Hendy performed surgery on my rotator cuff. As of now, I am still doing well, thank Dr. Hendy for being such a great surgeon. SPOC physical therapy was also awesome. I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you all.
Dr Hendy’s office staff are cumbersome and sometimes awkward to work with (if you have an urgent issue, otherwise they have been great). Their communication is lacking to say the least in an urgent situation when you really need it the most. I am disappointed from not one but two different issues that required I drive to their office building to get resolution. Getting a call back or information from the Doctor has been difficult.
